We are a female-owned, female-led agency. Over two-thirds of our employees are women and almost one-third identify as members of minority groups. We come from a wide variety of experiential backgrounds. 

We know that our broader society is structured in a way that harms the most marginalized people in society, including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women and the LGBTQ+ community. 

We are committed to building upon our history of good work by embracing and increasing our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and by demonstrating that commitment through action. Guided by our internal committee, our DEI plan focuses on four key areas:

  • Diversifying our workforce and vendor roster, with a focus on recruiting from communities of color and the LGBTQ+ community,
  • Actively supporting organizations working for equity with significant pro-bono work,
  • Providing DEI education and opportunities to employees and for the firm as a whole, 
  • Participating in community-led efforts towards a more just and inclusive society.
