Our Work

Thoughtful, creative and effective communications to help a Northwest Tribe share its visions and honor its identity.

Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde

Looking to brand a new opioid treatment program in a meaningful way, the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde turned to Gard. We collaborated on a name – Great Circle Recovery – as well as the logo, visual design standards, brand story, messaging and web site. From there, our work with Grand Ronde deepened, as the Tribe began sharing its vision for a reclaimed piece of ancestral homelands at Willamette Falls known as Tumwata Village. Our ongoing work there has included a new website, public and community relations and government affairs. We have also assisted the Tribe as it’s navigated complex issues related to gaming and the restoration of native hunting and fishing rights.
