In 2014, we helped Saint Alphonsus create a new, consumer-oriented brand promise – “The best kind of healthcare is all about you” – treating patients as informed and empowered consumers. To deliver this new brand, we launched annual campaigns across all channels, delivering the “All About You” message while driving volume in key service lines.
