In a tightly coordinated effort, we redesigned Tuality Healthcare’s principal website, as well as sites for the Tuality Foundation and Tuality Health Alliance. (Tuality has since become OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center.) We added a new Spanish version of the clinical site and integrated the sites for 12 satellite clinics. Each site caters to a specific audience, and we successfully researched, planned and designed for four different sets of stakeholders – in essence, four clients with their own needs, pain points, aspirations and goals.
