Powell’s is Under Construction, and So is Scott’s New Novel

In addition to being Gard’s senior copywriter, Scott Sparling is also an accomplished author. His first novel, Wire to Wire, was published in 2011 and has since received awards and critical acclaim. (Read more about Wire to Wire here.) On May 6, Scott joined other Oregon writers at Powell’s to read his new story “Surely,” published in the anthology The Night, and the Rain, and the River.  We look forward to reading Scott’s second novel.
