Earth Advantage manages Cooling Portland: A PCEF-Funded Climate Resilience Program. Cooling Portland provides life-saving heating and cooling equipment to Portlanders most vulnerable to extreme heat fueled by climate change. To ensure transparency in the program, we helped Earth Advantage gain media coverage, refine their messaging and navigate key moments in the Cooling Portland rollout.
