We began working with AAA Oregon/Idaho in 2000. At the time, growth in membership had stalled. In statewide marketing campaigns, we repositioned AAA as much more than emergency roadside assistance. The result: membership has grown more than 50 percent. Recently, we partnered with their in-house marketing team to refresh the brand and engage new audiences while retaining current members. Our tagline, “Keep Life Going,” expresses AAA’s brand promise to help members live life fully with less hassle.
