Featuring the People of AAA

As part of our ongoing collaboration with AAA, we’re always looking for new ways to remind people of the peace of mind that comes with being a member. This time, we wanted to show how satisfying it feels from the employee side. To do that, we created a day-in-the-life video of two people behind AAA – with our crew behind the camera.

AAA Oregon/Idaho’s mission remains to serve their members while delivering exceptional roadside assistance, travel, insurance, financial and other benefits. In these videos, featuring real employees at AAA – we helped the over 100 year old club highlight the values that drive the organization.

As part of the series of videos that ran, highlighting the people driving AAA’s exceptional member service across Oregon and Idaho, we helped create spots that showed moments that were meaningful to employees. This spot featured a call-center operator helping bring peace of mind to AAA members.
