OBRC is the steward of Oregon’s beloved Bottle Bill – the nation’s first deposit-return system to prevent litter caused by single-use beverage containers. To show how far every 10-cent deposit goes, we produce an annual report with OBRC every year, sharing the impacts of their growing BottleDrop system, BottleDrop Give program and all that this unique co-op does – with zero tax dollars.
